Each piece is inspired by your own personal style. Feel free to to share details of your event/wedding look, theme, color motif, a sketch or photo of your outfit and pieces from my shop that you would like to draw inspiration from.

WAIT FOR A REPLY (W/IN 24 HRS)
I will get back to you with a quote or questions If I need more information. During the design process I will keep you informed of the progress by emailing photos for your input and to make changes (if possible) should you require.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Standard production times for custom orders and large bridal party orders can vary depending on the nature of the order. An accurate timeframe will be provided through email.
I suggest a 3-8 week lead time to understand your vision, order supplies, design and develop the piece. Plus additional shipping time from my home to yours.
Peak wedding season is often booked out months in advance so please get in touch early to secure your place.
WHAT IF I NEED A RUSH ORDER?
If you require a custom piece urgently, please let me know and I will see what I can do for a standard 20% rush fee.
I FOUND A PIECE I LIKE, BUT IT HAS BEEN SOLD. CAN YOU REMAKE THIS FOR ME?
Yes it is possible. This is the advantage of purchasing handcrafted designs and giving them your individual flair. Please get in touch via email, on the CONTACT page to discuss your requirements. Depending on the materials and trimmings used, there may be a price variation.
SHIPPING POLICY & RATES
Metro Manila Shipping Rate: PHP100 2-3 Days
Special Luzon (Cavite, Bulacan & Rizal) Shipping Rate: PHP180 3-5 days
Other Provinces Shipping Rate: PHP250 3-7 days
Note that production time is excluded for custom-made items.
Standard Post will take an estimated tie of 2-4 weeks (production time excluded for custom-made pieces) If you wish for a faster courier, that can be arranged. Kindly CONTACT me of your shipping rates and other concerns during the ordering process.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure of your home country's customs and import duties we recommend you contact your local customs office for any current charges before you order.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for packages which are delayed, lost or stolen in the transit. In the event that a shipment has been returned to Bonne Handmade due to an incorrect delivery address being given, costs associated with re-shipment will be the customer's responsibility.
